Order Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborating daily with the sales team to identify the most effective and optimal contract structures.

• Collecting customer insights from our sales team to accurately convert needs into valid orders and contracts for our services and products.

• Supporting our sales team in renewing contracts for existing customers.

• Coordinating with internal cross-functional teams to secure approvals for both standard and non-standard orders.

• Monitoring and evaluating the status of ongoing sales orders to ensure they meet completeness, accuracy, and compliance with our internal policies.

• Serving as a subject matter expert on sales policies, recognizing potential enhancements, and drafting business terms for unique deal requirements.

• Keeping abreast of updates to the Akamai products portfolio, including pricing, structure, and features.

• Participating in meetings to provide guidance on queries or challenges faced by sales teams concerning the order process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exhibit outstanding attention to detail and a dedication to producing high-quality work, with 3 to 5 years of experience.

• Show enthusiasm for Quote-to-Cash and Order Management while thoroughly understanding processes from beginning to end.

• Possess experience with Salesforce, including CPQ and SFDC, with additional knowledge of Siebel being a plus.

• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication abilities, along with problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with the capability to work independently and take initiative.

• Be a collaborative team member who communicates effectively and works well with a diverse range of individuals from various functions and cultural backgrounds.
