This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Responsible for the functional administration and upkeep of our 12c Oracle Identity Management application, which includes Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Internet Directory (OID), and Oracle Identity Governance (OIG).
• Engage in IAM continuous monitoring activities, providing support for tracking new and removed identities, changes in access and permissions, privilege escalations, bot activities, and other related operations.
• Assist in user access provisioning, authentication, and access management workflows.
• Actively contribute to troubleshooting sessions for OIG/OAM in both Production and Non-Production environments.
• Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and configuration manuals.
• Exhibit a strong commitment to security-driven practices, including coding techniques that prevent vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure that technical and operational security controls function as intended.
• Over 5 years of experience in the Identity & Access Management field.
• Proficient in implementing, maintaining, and migrating OIG and OAM 12c components (WebLogic, OIM, SOA, BI, OAM, OAA, OARM), along with OID 12c.
• Strong Java programming skills, with expertise in OIG/OAM APIs (both REST and Java APIs) for the custom development of web pages, scheduled job deployments, and automations.
• In-depth knowledge of authentication and authorization frameworks, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity Federation, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Entitlements, Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), and Open Authorization (OAuth).
• Extensive experience with SSO integrations, designing and implementing SSO solutions using out-of-the-box and custom options with OAM or other Identity tools.
• Comprehensive understanding of identity and access management principles, including role- and attribute-based access controls (RBAC/ABAC), segregation of duties, least privilege, and privilege escalation.
• Practical development experience with scheduled jobs, adapters, event handlers, notifications, plugins, custom connectors (ICF/CI), and web pages (for custom page development).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, identify, and resolve issues related to OIG/OAM in Production and non-production environments.
• Strong command of SQL queries, with the ability to write custom queries to support unique functionalities, generate reports, and troubleshoot any issues with existing SQL objects.
• Experience in creating, updating, migrating, and maintaining BI Publisher reports.
• Capable of managing multiple deliverables simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Familiarity with LDAP directories (such as OID, AD, etc.) and LDAP queries, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve any related issues (data or otherwise).
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to deliver presentations to existing customer audiences.
