This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Oversee the design and setup of Oracle Fusion Manufacturing.

• Configure Work Definitions, Routings, Work Centers, and Machine Resources.

• Implement Smart Operations (Redwood MES), which includes Supervisor and Operator Workbenches.

• Set up Quality Inspection Management, covering Incoming and WIP inspections.

• Develop solutions for Contract Manufacturing and Outside Processing.

• Perform Fit-Gap Analysis, CRP, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and HyperCare activities.

• Work closely with Inventory, Cost Management, and Supply Chain teams to ensure comprehensive solution delivery.

• 6–9 years of experience in Oracle Cloud SCM/Manufacturing implementations.

• At least 2 complete Oracle Fusion Manufacturing implementations.

• Practical experience with Oracle Manufacturing and Quality Management.

• Familiarity with Smart Operations (Redwood MES) is preferred.

• Experience in setting up new manufacturing plants is a plus.

• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing.

• Knowledge of Smart Operations (Redwood MES).

• Experience with Work Definitions and Routing.

• Understanding of Work Centers and Machine Resources.

• Expertise in Quality Inspection Management.

• Background in Contract Manufacturing.

• Experience with Outside Processing.

• Proficiency in Inventory and Cost Management.

• Familiarity with CRP, SIT, UAT, and HyperCare.

• Ability to work from 4:30 AM to 1:00 PM IST, in line with Japan Standard Time.
