Oracle Functional Consultant – Financials

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Finance Functional Consultant to join NRI’s Oracle practice.

• You will be a member of an Agile delivery team engaged in multiple projects, providing Oracle Cloud ERP services to our clientele.

• This role offers the chance to acquire new skills, participate in Oracle Learning & Development, and achieve Oracle certifications.

• You will have the opportunity to engage in diverse projects, including consulting assignments where you will deliver advisory services, as well as ERP business transformation initiatives, where we design, build, and implement Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, collaborating with clients to realize business value.

• Your responsibilities will include eliciting business process requirements through a variety of effective engagement methods, such as designing, leading, and facilitating workshops with client stakeholders to identify and clarify business challenges, as well as working on designing and implementing solutions for these needs.

• You will design and implement enhanced business systems by providing precise information regarding business requirements, priorities, and by adopting contemporary analysis best practices and methodologies.

• You will prepare a comprehensive range of documentation throughout the program lifecycle to satisfy governance and design criteria.

• You will foster and develop stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and issue management to ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes.

• You will provide leadership in solution design and among team members while effectively managing operational challenges to ensure continuous service delivery and a performance-oriented, innovative, responsive, and accountable customer-focused work culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation projects, with expertise in Oracle Financials modules such as GL, AP, AR, Expenses, and Revenue Management.

• You hold one or more Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications.

• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, Peoplesoft, and migration projects to the Cloud is preferred but not essential.

• Familiarity with Oracle Procurement, Oracle Supply Chain, and Oracle EPM is advantageous but not required.

• Significant experience in reviewing, analyzing, and designing complex ICT business processes and services for clients across various industries.

• Proven experience in the design, implementation, upgrade, support, and operation of Oracle Financials applications, including Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and on-premise Oracle applications, with the capability to devise and implement innovative solutions to fulfill business requirements.

• You are a collaborative team player who thrives in an agile environment and has experience working with distributed teams, including onshore and offshore models.
