Oracle ERP Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee implementations, upgrades, and support for Oracle ERP Cloud.

• Collaborate with stakeholders from Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain to gather and interpret requirements.

• Supervise the configuration, customization, and integration of the ERP system.

• Manage and provide mentorship to both functional and technical consultants.

• Promote process enhancements and optimize system performance.

• Ensure accuracy of data, integrity of the system, and adherence to compliance standards.

• Address issues, troubleshoot effectively, and implement ongoing improvements.

• Track project schedules, deliverables, and maintain stakeholder communication.

• Assist with financial reporting, audits, and compliance obligations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.

• 5 to 8 years of experience in supporting Oracle ERP solutions.

• 2 to 4 years of experience in leading ERP projects or managing teams.

• Strong practical experience with Oracle Cloud ERP modules, including Financials, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Project Billing, and Enterprise Contracts.

• Familiarity with Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain processes.

• Experience with comprehensive ERP implementation projects.

• Exposure to data migration, automation, and digital transformation efforts.

• Oracle ERP Cloud certifications are advantageous.

• HCM experience is a valuable addition.

• Proficient in OTBI, BI Publisher, and Smart View.

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

• Basic knowledge of SQL, integrations, and APIs.
