Oracle Cloud Procurement and SCM Functional Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of Oracle Cloud Procurement and SCM, transitioning from legacy systems.

• Execute a comprehensive Discovery phase and evaluate potential new functionalities and business processes.

• Offer functional leadership for Procurement and Inventory Cloud applications, including solution design, business process analysis, and system integration.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Self Service Procurement, Supplier Management, Purchasing, SQM, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, Inventory, and Costing configuration, validation, and realization.

• Facilitate client Discovery sessions.

• Create and document project requirements.

• Engage in hands-on configuration and oversee offshore configuration tasks.

• Collaborate with the technical team to define and unit test system technical extensions.

• Provide Procurement and Inventory status updates to the Project Manager.

• Direct client knowledge transfer and validation sessions.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client-related resolutions.

• Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs).

• Address issues identified during CRPs and UAT.

• Assist in deployment and handle limited production issue resolutions for 30 days post-deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience with Oracle.

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud.

• Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management.

• Familiarity with Inventory Management.

• Background in Cost Management.

• Experience with Self Service Procurement.

• Proficiency in Supplier Management.

• Knowledge of Sourcing practices.

• Experience with Procurement Contracts.

• Understanding of Supplier Qualification Management.

• Experience in Purchasing.

• Ideally, previous experience in a public sector environment.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% to meet with clients.
