Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for designing and configuring the Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management module for federal government clients.

• Collect and assess client requirements while identifying discrepancies between system capabilities and business goals.

• Facilitate Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) to showcase functionalities and gather client feedback.

• Conduct fit-gap analysis.

• Create test conditions and scenarios.

• Develop functional design documents for the development team.

• Map legacy fields to Oracle HCM Cloud for data conversion.

• Carry out unit testing to verify configurations.

• Act as a liaison between clients and the development team.

• Assist development, address test defects, and provide prompt resolutions.

• Aid in training activities for end users and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management, especially in federal government settings.

• Knowledge of reviewing requirements, crafting solutions, and producing functional design documents for RICEFW.

• Practical experience in system configuration, test execution, and defect resolution.

• Eagerness to enhance skills and pursue certification in Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Must possess Secret Clearance.

• Must have work authorization that does not require, now or in the future, visa sponsorship in the United States.
