This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a primary responder for critical operational incidents.
• Be ready to deploy to any plant in the U.S. or Canada on short notice to evaluate conditions, stabilize operations, and implement immediate corrective measures.
• Serve as the on-site technical leader during escalation situations.
• Lead systematic root cause analyses and ensure that corrective actions are not only implemented but also verified and maintained.
• Provide practical technical leadership across maintenance and production systems.
• Directly troubleshoot complex mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and control-related challenges on the plant floor.
• Assist in the execution—not merely the design—of corrective actions in collaboration with plant teams.
• Foster sustainable technical capabilities among operators and maintenance technicians.
• Identify recurring challenges and systemic issues that affect safety, quality, cost, or delivery.
• 6–10 years of experience in a high-output plastics manufacturing setting.
• 5–10 years of practical experience in maintenance and/or technical production roles.
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting blow molding systems and downstream bottle processing equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead effectively under pressure during unexpected operational events.
• Strong decision-making capabilities with the ability to evaluate incomplete information in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness and ability to be hands-on on the plant floor.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work within manufacturing environments.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Experience in leading technical initiatives at the multi-site or organizational level.
• Familiarity with budget and cost management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
