Operations Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Deliver real-time route information to drivers through voice communication.

• Modify routes in navigation software in response to changes.

• Collect and report survey statistics accurately.

• Process the gathered data in line with provided instructions.

• Resolve operational issues as they occur.

• Arrange hotel bookings according to established guidelines.

• Engage in a one-week training program prior to the start of the project.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient computer user.

• Driving experience or a solid understanding of traffic regulations.

• Strong communication skills.

• Familiarity with QGIS or other GIS/routing tools is a plus.

• Personal computer equipped with a fast and stable internet connection.

• Specific conditions include:

• Extended working hours of up to 10 hours per day with flexible breaks.

• Occasional weekend shifts on a rotational basis.
