This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Manage Intake & Schedule Appointments
• Handle Incoming Calls & Route Them Appropriately
• Conduct Outbound Calls & Follow Up with Customers
• Reactivate Database & Execute Upsell Campaigns
• Utilize CRM, Track Projects & Provide Simple Quotes
• Oversee Social Media Management (Phase Two)
• Clear and Effective English Communication – Must articulate clearly and patiently on calls, particularly with a customer base aged 55 and older who may have hearing challenges.
• Experience in Dispatching or Routing – Comfortable with prioritizing schedules and calculating travel times to efficiently route field representatives.
• Confidence in Outbound Calling – Able to initiate calls, follow up on leads, and reconnect with previous customers without hesitation.
• Detail-Oriented & Organized – Essential for managing scheduling, routing, and follow-up tasks to ensure nothing is overlooked.
• AI-Forward Mindset – Interested in and adept at using AI tools for enhanced productivity, as this role operates in a heavily AI-integrated environment.
• Familiarity with Jobber (Bonus) – Practical experience with Jobber is highly advantageous; familiarity with Service Titan or House Call Pro is also welcome.
• Knowledge of GoHighLevel – Their internal system is a white-labeled GHL setup, so prior experience is a significant advantage.
• Skills in Canva or CapCut – Basic graphic design or video editing abilities for future social media support.
• Background in Home Services – Experience supporting contracting, construction, or home services industries is a strong asset.
