Operations Supervisor – Snow & Landscaping

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver services in a manner that meets or surpasses client expectations.

• Hold primary responsibility for achieving the operational delivery goals outlined in client scopes of work and service level agreements.

• Supervise a team of Account Coordinators.

• Enhance the customer service experience by evaluating and analyzing performance metrics in line with key company objectives focused on outstanding service, customer retention, and quality assurance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in an Operations Supervisor position.

• Background in exterior services or a similar service-related field with substantial customer/client interaction.

• Familiarity with the landscape and snow industry.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Strong mathematical skills.

• Capability to analyze data, disseminate information, and produce reports.
