This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily operations of a travel consultant team.
• Manage key performance indicators (KPI), workload distribution, and provide support and coaching.
• Serve as the primary contact for team members.
• Actively mentor and develop the team to achieve and surpass performance goals.
• Supply clients with essential industry information, including low fares, exchange costs, and penalties.
• Stay informed about necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).
• Conduct daily monitoring of global distribution systems (GDS) queues to uphold quality control.
• Extensive background in corporate travel management.
• Relevant supervisory experience.
• Advanced proficiency in GDS Sabre.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
