This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Evaluate operational performance to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and areas for enhancement.
• Design and facilitate small-scale pilots and experiments aimed at testing new processes, tools, or methodologies.
• Establish success metrics and assess results to guide recommendations and subsequent actions.
• Assist teams in translating test findings into practical changes and scalable solutions.
• Create clear, structured analyses to aid decision-making across operational functions.
• Develop business cases, financial models, and capacity analyses to assess trade-offs and investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence to enhance visibility into key metrics and performance drivers.
• Simplify complex or disorganized data into clear, actionable insights.
• Contribute to KPI tracking and reporting by analyzing performance trends and pinpointing change drivers.
• Support post-launch and post-mortem analyses to evaluate impact and gather learnings.
• Identify high-impact opportunities to boost throughput, service levels, and cost efficiency.
• Assist in long-term planning efforts by developing analyses and frameworks that guide operational strategy.
• Conduct benchmarking and research to introduce new ideas and perspectives to the team.
• Help link day-to-day performance insights to broader business objectives.
• Collaborate across functions with Operations, Product, Finance, and Systems to advance initiatives.
• Oversee multiple projects encompassing analysis, testing, and implementation phases.
• Clearly communicate insights and recommendations to a diverse range of stakeholders.
• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or analytical roles.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous challenges and convert data into strategic recommendations and business cases.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in utilizing Excel/Google Sheets and Business Intelligence tools to handle large datasets, preferably from a financial, capacity, or multi-scenario perspective.
• Experience in designing and assessing experiments or pilots, including the establishment of success metrics and interpretation of results.
• Strong executive communication abilities, with the capacity to influence stakeholders at various levels.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple complex workstreams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally across operations, merchandising, product, and analytics teams.
• Proficient in Google Suite (e.g., Gmail, Google Slides, Google Sheets).
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
