📋 Description

• Assist in the development and expansion of operational, commercial, and organizational frameworks that align with our mission.

• Collaborate across various teams, including engineering, product, and research, to ensure alignment and effective execution.

• Provide structure and clarity to complex, high-stakes challenges.

• Externally represent System's values and mission to partners, clients, and the general public.

• Foster a culture centered around transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Support the attraction, development, and retention of a diverse, world-class team essential for System's success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in the relevant functional area.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proven experience in building or enhancing systems, processes, or organizations.

• Ability to navigate ambiguous and fast-paced startup environments with ease.

• A true passion for System's mission and the Public Benefit Corporation (PBC) model.

• An analytical approach with a solid understanding of data-driven decision-making.

• Preferred experience in healthcare, life sciences, or health tech is a plus.

• Preferred background in mission-driven, PBC, or B Corp organizations is advantageous.

• Preferred familiarity with complex systems thinking frameworks within a business or organizational context.

• Preferred experience in scaling a startup from early stages through growth phases.
