Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Execution of daily tasks from related departments and ensuring their quality completion

• Configuration and launching of tournaments, activities, and segments within the system

• Creation of offers for users in accordance with promotional mechanisms

• Working in a CMS: filling, editing, and updating the platform content

• Utilizing the admin panel for product configuration management

• Daily monitoring of platform operations and oversight of key performance indicators

• Identification, documentation, and prompt resolution of technical and organizational issues

• Escalating incidents to relevant teams with clear descriptions and supporting evidence

• Collaborating with the marketing team to implement promotions and promotional activities

• Coordinating with technical support in handling incidents and maintaining stability control systems

• Engaging with the product team to achieve expected outcomes for clients

• Coordinating with partners to enhance service and support internal teams in resolving client inquiries

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in iGaming or a related field

• Familiarity with bonus mechanisms: offers, free spins, cashback, tournaments, segments

• Experience with CMS systems and administrative panels (minimum of 1 year)

• Proven track record of executing operational tasks within a product or technical team

• Ability to manage a large volume of diverse tasks while meeting deadlines

• Structured written communication skills — clearly describing problems, statuses, and solutions

• Attention to detail: accuracy in setup, data precision, and error cases in content

• Independence in resolving typical operational issues without constant escalation

• Basic understanding of platform operation principles and integration

• Experience interacting with marketing or product teams
