This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collect, analyze, and verify data to ensure precision, identify trends, and support operational decision-making.
• Recognize inefficiencies, highlight opportunities, and create solutions to enhance workflows, systems, and team performance.
• Create and update internal documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base resources to ensure that information is centralized, accessible, and scalable.
• Oversee handoffs, implementations, and follow-through across teams to guarantee smooth execution of operational processes.
• Lead or participate in projects aimed at refining processes, scaling systems, and improving operational effectiveness.
• Develop training materials, guides, and internal communications to facilitate team understanding and adoption of processes and tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate escalations, document feedback, and assist in resolution strategies.
• Continuously assess tools, workflows, and documentation to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Support the organization of team meetings, project reviews, and business updates, ensuring clear communication and tracking of action items.
• At least 2+ years of experience in an operations role within an early-stage technology, healthcare, or similarly fast-paced environment.
• 2+ years of experience in improving team or system efficiency through process analysis and strategic enhancements.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of clearly conveying complex information and collaborating effectively.
• Proven empathy and active listening skills, with a capacity to balance compassion and professionalism.
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with diverse teams and stakeholder groups.
• Analytical mindset; skilled in synthesizing data and translating findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Proficient with tools such as Google Sheets, Mode, Looker, and customer support platforms (e.g., Intercom, Kustomer, HelpScout).
