Corporate Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of prioritized cross-functional operating constraints from inception to measurable outcomes.

• Collaborate across various domains including HR automation, finance processes, decision-making delegation, engineering efficiency, AML scaling, reconciliations, and operational readiness.

• Assess current performance, redesign dysfunctional systems, develop processes, automation, governance, and infrastructure, and engage relevant teams.

• Partner with functional leaders and teams to mobilize resources, influence priorities, and encourage adoption.

• Create leverage through redesigning workflows, automation, organizational structuring, enhanced decision-making, vendor adjustments, or recruitment.

• Contribute to company deep-dives by establishing benchmarks for velocity, capacity, and friction.

• Communicate capacity and trade-offs transparently and escalate scope or priority decisions when necessary.

• Ensure durable ownership with the appropriate long-term stakeholder before transitioning to the next priority.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in tackling ambiguous, high-stakes challenges from zero context to measurable outcomes.

• Capability to navigate unfamiliar domains, map workflows, capacity, and decision systems, identify root causes, and operate effectively without extensive prior subject-matter expertise.

• Proven experience in mobilizing cross-functional teams, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and driving adoption among individuals who do not directly report to you.

• Ability to differentiate root causes from symptoms, concentrate on key issues, and provide evidence-based pushback when scope changes occur.

• Comfortable with establishing metrics, measuring before and after, and utilizing data to diagnose issues and demonstrate impact.

• High level of ownership throughout implementation; ensuring adoption and lasting change are as crucial as the design phase.

• Over 7 years of relevant professional experience, including oversight of complex cross-functional operating initiatives from diagnosis to implementation and measurable outcomes.

• Experience in internal product management, strategy/operations, business operations, or operational transformation, with strong builder instincts (preferred).

• Strong knowledge in AI and automation (preferred).

• Exposure to FinTech or brokerage environments (preferred).

• Skills in systems/product development, executive orchestration, or quantitative capacity analysis (preferred).
