This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Take charge of daily IT Access Control operations and act as an escalation point for intricate issues.
• Manage Entra ID tenants, including users, groups, licenses, and directory integrations.
• Execute RBAC, oversee identity lifecycles, and conduct access reviews and audits.
• Configure and uphold PIM, Conditional Access policies, MFA, and SAML/OIDC SSO integrations.
• Administer settings for Teams, Slack, and Zoom workspaces, including user access, channels, and integrations.
• Set up and provide support for access management related to business applications.
• Manage administrative access controls to enhance application security, prevent data exfiltration, and ensure automated security and application patching.
• Lead and refine employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Provision hardware, accounts, system access, and security controls for new employees.
• Collaborate with People Ops, Security, and Compliance teams on healthcare and privacy standards.
• Ensure prompt deprovisioning and asset recovery during the offboarding process.
• Support IT security initiatives that align with HITRUST, SOC 2, HIPAA, and healthcare data protection protocols.
• Complete User Access Reviews (UAR) and document IT processes and controls.
• Address risks and implement controls in partnership with Security and Compliance teams.
• Escalate complex IT support issues across corporate and clinical teams.
• Guarantee high availability, performance, and reliability of core IT systems that support telehealth operations.
• Identify operational gaps and implement enhancements to minimize incidents and reduce friction.
• Support a distributed remote workforce with a focus on clinician and care team workflows.
• Create and maintain IT documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
• Advance IT access management practices, including least privilege, RBAC, and just-in-time access.
• Contribute to tool evaluations and implementations as the organization expands.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Operations, Security, or Access Control.
• Extensive experience managing Entra ID or a comparable cloud IAM solution.
• Proven experience in supporting remote-first or distributed teams.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities across SaaS applications, endpoints, and identity systems.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Experience working in regulated environments (healthcare, fintech, or similar).
• Familiarity with HITRUST, HIPAA, SOC 2, or healthcare IT compliance standards.
• Experience with device management, MAM, and endpoint security solutions.
• Exposure to ITIL or other ITSM frameworks.
• Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300), MS-102 (Administrator Expert), or similar.
• Must be authorized or able to provide necessary documentation to work in the United States or Canada.
