This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Manage and send follow-up communications to clients.
• Collaborate with editors to ensure all deadlines are adhered to.
• Oversee and track contracts to ensure nothing is overlooked.
• Keep ClickUp organized, current, and actionable.
• Monitor client payments and follow up as necessary.
• Maintain well-structured and organized Google Drive folders.
• Assist in the seamless execution of daily operations.
• Excellent written English—you express yourself clearly and professionally.
• Highly detail-oriented and exceptionally organized.
• Dependable executor—you adhere to instructions and complete tasks accurately.
• Adaptable—you are able to adjust quickly as processes change.
• Resourceful—you can resolve issues independently without constant supervision.
• Proficient with tools such as ClickUp, Google Drive, Slack, etc.
• Previous experience in operations, coordination, or virtual assistant roles is a significant advantage.
• Direct involvement in a rapidly expanding business.
