This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Manage and send follow-up communications to clients.
• Collaborate with editors to ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Oversee and manage contracts to ensure nothing is overlooked.
• Keep ClickUp organized, up-to-date, and actionable.
• Monitor client payments and follow up as necessary.
• Maintain well-structured and clean Google Drive folders.
• Assist in the seamless execution of daily operations.
• Excellent written English—able to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Highly detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Dependable executor—you follow instructions and complete tasks accurately.
• Adaptable—you can quickly adjust as processes change.
• Resourceful—you can solve problems independently without constant supervision.
• Proficient with tools such as ClickUp, Google Drive, Slack, etc.
• Previous experience in operations, coordination, or virtual assistant roles is a significant advantage.
