This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.
• Provide support to both internal and external customers.
• Assist with activities related to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat.
• Collaborate with various teams to deliver exceptional support.
• Maintain engaging conversations with customers over the phone, ensuring top-notch customer service.
• Manage inbound and outbound communications to Forward Financing’s mainline.
• Strive to meet and surpass departmental key performance indicators and service level agreements.

• Proficient in English with advanced fluency.
• High school diploma required.
• Experience in customer service and support roles is a plus.
• Client-focused, service-oriented, and skilled in building relationships.
