• Assessing and evaluating student engagement to pinpoint the necessity for interventions regarding student safety or well-being while adhering to established quality and efficiency benchmarks for the prompt dissemination of actionable information to emergency contacts.
• Interacting with our clients, specifically designated emergency contacts within a school district, to communicate essential information.
• Handling phone inquiries and emails from clients concerning student incidents in a timely, resourceful, and professional manner.
• Utilizing sound judgment and insights from prior relevant experience to make informed decisions aimed at ensuring student safety.
• Documenting and maintaining clear records of each incident in Salesforce CRM.
• Recognizing patterns, leveraging research to inform decisions, and collaborating with fellow Operations Analysts to propose recommendations for strategic choices.
• Collaborating closely with departmental leadership to design processes and procedures that align with company objectives.
• Reviewing decisions made by others with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency to enhance the quality of decisions within the team.
• Functioning as an individual contributor on a team while taking significant ownership of personal outcomes.
• Proficiency in using a range of desktop and web applications, including Salesforce, Service Cloud, Slack, and Sling, which are utilized at Gaggle.
• Background in crisis management, child advocacy, content moderation, or a related field or qualification.
• High comfort level in conveying sensitive information through email, text, and phone to communicate the gravity of situations effectively.
• Capability to maintain focus on a single task for extended, uninterrupted durations, processing substantial volumes of content swiftly and accurately.
• A strong enthusiasm for reading, as you will be reviewing extensive materials related to student content, necessitating excellent reading comprehension skills.
• Confidence to work independently and autonomously within a virtual team setting, achieving goals with minimal oversight.
• A strong sense of accountability for personal outcomes and contributions to departmental and company objectives, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and adaptability to change.
• Fluency in Spanish is an advantage.
