Operations Quality Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of QA specialists across various functional areas

• Guarantee the consistent implementation of QA audits, scorecards, and monitoring procedures

• Evaluate completed audits for precision and uniformity

• Facilitate calibration sessions to ensure scoring consistency

• Offer coaching, feedback, and manage performance

• Track QA productivity and response times

• Recognize trends and assist in implementing corrective measures

• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, CMS, and internal regulations

• Manage escalations and resolve issues

• Support training programs and maintain documentation

• Assist in KPI monitoring and operational reporting

• Collaborate with operational leadership teams across different departments

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in QA or healthcare operations

• Supervisory experience is preferred

• Knowledge of HIPAA and CMS guidelines, as well as healthcare compliance standards

• Experience with call monitoring systems, document intake processing, printing technology, and file management
