Operations Program and Analytics Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Identify and assess operational opportunities related to cost savings, efficiency improvements, scalability, and error minimization.

• Query and analyze intricate datasets (using SQL, spreadsheets, and BI tools) to quantify impacts, prioritize initiatives, and facilitate informed decision-making.

• Develop comprehensive business cases, success metrics, and ROI expectations for proposed initiatives.

• Proactively investigate and resolve urgent, high-priority issues (such as inventory discrepancies, order cancellations, and fulfillment delays) to ensure smooth service delivery and minimal impact on customers.

• Take ownership of strategic, cross-departmental initiatives from inception to execution.

• Define project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.

• Foster alignment among stakeholders and ensure accountability, even in the absence of formal management authority.

• Monitor progress and communicate results and trade-offs to leadership.

• Redesign workflows to minimize manual tasks, defects, and rework.

• Utilize AI tools to automate repetitive manual processes, thereby freeing up resources for more valuable work.

• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams on system enhancements and automation initiatives.

• Revise SOPs and operating models as new solutions are deployed.

• Create and maintain dashboards and regular reports to monitor KPIs and program performance.

• Establish KPIs and success metrics for initiatives.

• Assess performance after launch, investigate root causes of variances, and iterate as necessary.

• Document insights and share learning across teams.

• Must be available to work full shifts until 4:30 PM PST.

• Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.

• Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection for a home office setup.
