This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ You will hold overall coordination responsibility for all technical aspects related to the setups utilized for your clients.
β’ You serve as the essential link among customers, our operations teams, and IT Service Management.
β’ You will assess change requests and ensure that technical documentation is current and comprehensive.
β’ You provide guidance to your clients on the evolution of their IT landscape with an emphasis on innovation and enhancing efficiency.
β’ You will lead Technical Review Meetings and Change Advisory Boards while supporting operational risk and information security management.
β’ In the event of critical incidents, you act as an escalation point and assist in identifying and implementing sustainable solutions.
β’ A successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration, a degree in computer science, or a comparable qualification.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in managing IT services in accordance with ITIL, ideally in coordinating roles (colocation, managed, or application services).
β’ Proficient skills in operating heterogeneous environments (Linux/Windows) along with substantial experience in virtualization, storage, backup, networking, and firewalls.
β’ The ability to accurately articulate and moderate technical issues both with technical experts and at the management level.
β’ Experience with regulatory requirements from financial supervisory authorities or public-sector clients.
β’ Fluent in both German and English, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
β’ Permanent employment contract with flexible working hours.
