This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee and manage the designated region
• Collaborate with the on-site team, the Alloheim Mobile management team, and the central administration of Alloheim Group
• Conduct regular meetings for target setting and feedback with the leadership teams at the stations
• Focus on the development of staff
• Ensure necessary process adjustments and maintain consistent structures
• Define and enhance concepts, standards, and methods to facilitate seamless operational processes
• Responsible for quality management in coordination with the quality management representatives
• Utilize and further develop the in-house IT-supported routing and scheduling system
• Manage and implement projects in collaboration with executive management
• Strategically develop outpatient services, including monthly performance reports and root-cause analysis of budget variances (KPI management)
• Ensure adherence to all relevant legal regulations and requirements within the region
• University degree in Nursing Management, Health Management, or a related discipline
• Experience in financial management and controlling of multiple outpatient nursing services
• Possess a customer-oriented, team-focused, confident, and solution-driven working style
• In-depth knowledge of controlling processes for outpatient services
• Willingness to travel and engage in developmental activities
• Valid Class B driving license is required
• Readiness to travel is necessary
