• Oversee significant operational initiatives for Dealer Services
• Convert dealer strategies and quarterly objectives into precise operational plans
• Enhance CRM systems, call tracking, lead routing, and workflow applications
• Develop and sustain reporting and analytics for essential dealer metrics
• Organize and spearhead initiatives across Product, Marketing, Risk, Finance, and Operations
• 5–7+ years of experience in operations, revenue/sales operations, program management, or business operations within a B2B setting
• Proven expertise in project and program management
• Strong analytical abilities and skills in problem structuring
• Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities across various functions
• Proficient in CRM software and efficiency tools
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
