πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Overseeing multiple occupational health clinics situated on construction sites across the Mountain, West, and Pacific regions.

β€’ Responsible for nurturing both local and corporate client relationships.

β€’ Managing client relationships by fostering professional and personal connections that build trust and respect, while promoting the ethics and values of Medcor, Inc.

β€’ Providing supervision and leadership within a collaborative team environment, overseeing all full-time, part-time, and contract clinic staff across various clinic locations.

β€’ Monitoring budgets and collaborating with leadership to effectively manage expenses.

β€’ Supporting the protocol-driven mission of the clinics and contributing to the overall strategic objectives of the Division and clients.

β€’ Significant travel is required, potentially up to 75%, throughout the United States.

β€’ Responsible for managing the budget at assigned clinics, which includes maximizing revenue, controlling costs, optimizing cash flow and volume, and overseeing the budget-setting process for sites.

β€’ Accountable for ensuring that standard operating procedures are established and followed in clinics.

β€’ Building relationships with client executives, supervising physicians, and other local health care providers as necessary.

β€’ Effectively collaborating and relating well with others, including supervisors, colleagues, and individuals both within and outside the company.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 2-4 years of hands-on experience in a healthcare setting or employee health services, along with management or supervisory experience.

β€’ A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.

β€’ Familiarity with workers' compensation and occupational health and wellness.

β€’ Ability to comprehend, inquire about, and discuss discrepancies related to budgets and monthly financial reports.

β€’ Willingness and availability to travel up to 75% of the time.

β€’ Skills to multi-task, stay prepared, prioritize effectively, follow through, pay attention to details, and think critically on a daily basis.

β€’ Capability to quickly gain credibility and respect from colleagues and client management.

β€’ Strong operational skills with the ability to identify workflow issues and redesign processes/workflows as necessary.

β€’ Proficient in personal computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office products.

β€’ Strong ethical standards and unwavering integrity.

β€’ Possession of an EMT, Paramedic, LPN/LVN, or RN license.
