This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead, inspire, and nurture a high-performing remote team to achieve SMART objectives and KPIs.

• Supervise delivery standards, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance across your team’s portfolio.
• Assist your team in identifying and engaging new Licensed Organisations, especially those promoting strategic growth and accessibility.
• Establish and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across partner organizations.
• Analyze performance data and KPIs to guide decision-making and implement enhancement plans.
• Manage grant processes, including approval, monitoring, and evaluation of funded projects.
• Ensure effective training pathway delivery across the network.
• Lead and support network engagement activities, including meetings and events.
• Collaborate with leadership colleagues to execute business plans and strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to national projects, innovation, and initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.
• Represent the organization externally, staying updated on policy developments and sector trends.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing geographically distributed teams.
• Proven track record of coaching and supporting team members to achieve outcomes.
• Experience in managing multiple projects and priorities, ideally within the third sector.
• Proficient in project planning and delivery with a strong attention to detail.
• Experience in utilizing data and insights to shape strategy and performance.
