This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Leverage data-driven insights and reporting tools to inform and influence business decisions.
• Proactively identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks to ensure operational integrity.
• Foster a high-performing team by embodying core values and promoting engagement.
• Oversee and enhance daily operations with a focus on effective absence management.
• Strategically manage budgets, expenditures, and workforce to optimize resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and advisors.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to address challenges.
• Advocate for a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture.
• Over 5 years of experience in leadership roles related to absence or disability management.
• A university degree and/or relevant certification in an appropriate field.
• Extensive knowledge of disability products, processes, and industry best practices.
• Proven expertise in coaching, mentoring, and talent development.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is considered an asset.
