Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation experience at new M7 customer locations

• Manage relationships with facility leaders and coordinate all activation efforts

• Ensure strong engagement and identify opportunities for product enhancements

• Lead the entire go-live process and track platform engagement

• Strong expertise in project management

• Capability to independently plan and carry out projects

• Experience in training unit leadership and key stakeholders on new technologies

• Background working with health system leadership

• Ability to cultivate relationships with customers and stakeholders

• Passion for teaching new technology and fostering collaborative relationships
