Operations Effectiveness, Manager

📋 Description

• Develops, manages, and monitors the implementation of quality standards, procedures, and controls.

• Conducts and oversees internal audits of QMS procedures, work instructions, and job aids in collaboration with Process Owners.

• Leads external audits, including SOC 1 Type 2, SOC 2 Type 2, and various compliance audits.

• Coordinates with external auditors regarding audit scope, timelines, and requirements.

• Ensures internal audit readiness and facilitates communication throughout the organization.

• Collaborates with Process Owners to supply necessary documentation and audit evidence.

• Develops and executes corrective action plans based on findings from audits and investigations.

• Keeps abreast of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

• Suggests and implements new or enhanced procedures and processes.

• Works with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and identify root causes.

• Monitors corrective actions and process deficiencies to guarantee timely follow-up and resolution.

• Leads projects aimed at closing quality gaps.

• Promotes continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen methodologies.

• Engages in, and may oversee, responses to customer RFPs and IT security assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, ideally within a Quality Management System (QMS).

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.

• Proven track record of leading projects and driving initiatives to successful completion.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, including Executive Management.

• Capability to rapidly learn, apply, and enhance subject matter expertise.

• Experience with process and data analysis methodologies.
