This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Serve as the main point of contact between clients and gardeners.
• Address inquiries and connect with potential clients.
• Generate and send customer quotes.
• Organize and oversee booking schedules.
• Provide subcontractor gardeners with detailed job instructions.
• Keep precise records utilizing Google Sheets.
• Communicate through WhatsApp and BookingKoala.
• Raise any queries or operational challenges as needed.
• Experience with Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and BookingKoala (training will be provided).
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and flexible.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capable of independently solving problems.
• Background in administration, scheduling, or customer service.
• Experience in gardening or landscaping is a plus (not mandatory).
• Flexible remote working hours.
