This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee all elements of flight reservations and scheduling, guaranteeing exceptional service and operational efficiency.
• Monitor flights in real-time, proactively addressing any issues such as delays, diversions, or reroutes.
• Collaborate with other territories and departments to strategically organize and coordinate every aspect of the flight.
• Work in partnership with the accounting team to handle invoicing, payments, and financial reconciliation.
• Conduct logistic assessments for new potential flights, request quotes from preferred operator partners, and negotiate contract terms.
• Ensure all aircraft comply with Victor's strict safety regulations and service standards.
• Regularly maintain and update the company's operator directory.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing position, ideally with high-net-worth individuals.
• Proficient in English, with outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• A team-oriented approach with a readiness to collaborate across various departments.
• Capable of managing high-pressure situations and resolving conflicts effectively.
• An understanding of the significance of aviation safety, with preferred experience in vendor vetting.
• Prior experience in relationship management and vendor negotiations is preferred.
• Previous involvement in the business aviation sector is highly advantageous.
