Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Manage the acquisition process for Evaluators needed for upcoming missions in designated operational areas.

• Ensure the effective scheduling and execution of fieldwork projects in accordance with company standards.

• Confirm that field surveys are electronically submitted punctually and adhere to our standards (quantity vs. quality).

• Perform screening and validation of surveys.

• Determine appropriate compensation rates for evaluations while ensuring that the operational margin targets are achieved.

• Assist in optimizing the Evaluators Database and ensure that data is kept current.

• Foster a strong relationship with Evaluators.

• Ensure the finance team has all necessary payment information for Evaluators to facilitate timely payments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Diploma in Administration, Business, Management, or a related field.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of demonstrated experience in Retail/Project Coordination and/or Client Servicing.

• Exceptional communication skills in English, as you will serve as the primary contact for Evaluators.

• Proficiency in social media and technology (personal or professional experience).

• Required skills in Microsoft Office; knowledge of other software is a plus!

• Interest in or experience with social media outreach and community management.

• Strong organizational skills to coordinate project activities effectively. Capable of multitasking and managing time efficiently.

• Resourceful, proactive, and possessing a problem-solving mindset. Able to work with details and navigate time-sensitive issues.

• Enthusiastic, positive, and sociable personality. Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.

• Capacity to perform under pressure and manage stress effectively.
