Operations Assistant – Comment Moderator

📋 Description

• Monitor user activity on the page's Facebook posts;

• Respond to comments under posts in a designated tone of voice (promptly, courteously, with attention to the emotional reactions of readers);

• Utilize AI tools for quick generation/template responses and to ensure alignment with the tone of voice;

• Encourage discussion and reader engagement—ask questions, prompt reactions, and delicately moderate emotional posts;

• Document repetitive or negative comments as indicators of issues in articles/posts and report them to the supervisor;

• Perform simple operational tasks related to content creation and translation.

• Desire to gain initial experience in the IT/digital/media field;

• Passion for social media and online communication;

• Comfortable with routine, repetitive tasks;

• Responsible and able to organize your time effectively;

• Proficient in English at B1+ level;

• Experience with AI tools.
