• Coordination of Processes & Compliance
• Workflow Management: Supervise the entire lifecycle of tasks and projects, which includes gathering necessary information, completing essential steps, and ensuring that submissions or deliverables are managed appropriately.
• Assurance of Accuracy & Standards: Confirm that all required information and documentation align with established guidelines and expectations.
• Progress Monitoring & Follow-Ups: Keep track of the status of ongoing tasks, proactively address any delays, and ensure timely completion.
• Communication & Customer Support
• Liaison Role: Act as a supporting point of contact for stakeholders, delivering updates regarding timelines, requirements, and progress.
• Communication Duties: Interact with third parties via phone and email, professionally address inquiries and concerns, and create reports to keep teams and stakeholders informed.
• Project & Task Oversight
• Workflow Efficiency Maintenance: Ensure that tasks are in line with established service levels and deadlines.
• Organization of Workspace: Assign and manage access to relevant tools and resources, adjust timelines, address critical tasks as necessary, and maintain current progress updates.
• Operational Support: Aid in transitions and handovers, contribute to presentations and documentation as needed, and uphold accurate records and reports.
• Optimization & Continuous Enhancement
• Process Streamlining: Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve efficiency.
• Skill Enhancement: Broaden knowledge of industry tools and best practices to boost overall effectiveness.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong command of English, both verbal and written.
• Strong Organizational Abilities: Capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and team requirements.
• Effective Time Management: Proficient in prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects at once, and consistently meeting deadlines.
