Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain regular reports that encompass essential operational and financial metrics.

• Provide both portfolio-level and market-level insights for internal stakeholders.

• Address data requests from operations teams, converting business inquiries into organized analysis and clear conclusions.

• Assist in defining what can be answered using available data and effectively communicate findings to non-technical audiences.

• Create and enhance data models that fulfill external client reporting requirements.

• Collaborate with client-facing teams to interpret business needs and devise technical solutions.

• Engage in client meetings and regular syncs to ensure alignment on priorities and deepen understanding of partner interactions with data.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of practical experience in writing SQL in a professional or project environment.

• Experience with at least one data visualization or BI platform, with a preference for Sigma Computing.

• Proficient in converting loosely defined business questions into structured analytical methodologies.

• Capable of working independently, juggling multiple priorities, and proactively identifying blockers in a fully remote setting.

• Nice-to-Have: Experience with Snowflake, our primary data warehouse.

• Familiarity with dbt for data modeling and transformation.

• Background in property management, real estate, or proptech.
