Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide analytical support across critical operational areas such as Cash in Transit, Engineering, and broader Operations.

• Examine operational data to uncover trends, risks, inefficiencies, and potential areas for enhancement.

• Generate performance reports, dashboards, and management information to aid in everyday decision-making.

• Convert data into clear, actionable insights, emphasizing root causes and pragmatic recommendations.

• Collaborate with operational stakeholders, facilitating regular reviews with succinct, insight-driven analysis.

• Clearly and confidently present findings, assisting stakeholders in understanding and acting on the data.

• Aid continuous improvement efforts by monitoring performance and assessing impact.

• Assist in enhancing data quality, reporting procedures, and the overall analytical approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in data analysis within an operational, commercial, or analytical context.

• Proficient in managing, cleaning, and analyzing data using tools such as: Excel (advanced), SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI/analysis tools (at least one preferred).

• Capable of summarizing complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders through evidence-based insights.

• A highly inquisitive mindset with a strong desire to understand the inner workings of operations.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, consulting, or a related field.

• A proven history of resolving complex operational or business challenges in fast-paced settings.

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with experience utilizing data to guide decision-making.

• Familiarity with data analysis, process mapping, or operations management (industry-specific experience is advantageous).

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Comfortable working across functions and influencing without direct authority.

• Self-motivated with a tendency towards action and continuous improvement.

• Ability to perform efficiently in high-pressure, ambiguous situations.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capability to manage multiple priorities and projects concurrently.

• Continuously seek areas for improvement to boost operational effectiveness and standard work.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
