This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
β’ Create and deploy multi-step, production-ready AI agents that streamline intricate go-to-market workflows from start to finish (not just single prompts or prototypes).
β’ Convert business needs into solid agent architectures that encompass state management, tool utilization, orchestration, and safety measures.
β’ Develop multi-agent systems where specialized agents work together, transfer tasks, and retain context through different stages of the workflow.
β’ Integrate agents with Salesforce APIs (read/write), aligning object models (Leads, Contacts, Opportunities, custom objects) and ensuring secure authentication.
β’ Link agents to structured business data in Snowflake and enable reliable reasoning over it during runtime (with a strong emphasis on semantic layers).
β’ Collaborate with IT/Security and Data Engineering teams to ensure alignment on infrastructure, access controls, and readiness for production.
β’ Establish and enhance reliability patterns including error handling, fallback strategies, output validation, monitoring, and iterative improvements post-launch.
β’ Deliver work in an agile manner with appropriate review checkpoints throughout the development process β staging β QA β production (no solo deployments).
β’ Experience in deploying production agentic systems: You have delivered at least one multi-step AI agent that is actively used by real users daily and can articulate its architecture, potential failure points, and improvements made post-launch.
β’ Multi-agent orchestration: Practical experience in constructing systems where multiple agents cooperate (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar methodologies).
β’ CRM and business systems integration: Strong familiarity with Salesforce API integration, covering authentication, object models, and real-world go-to-market workflows.
β’ LLM API expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or comparable services β including tool utilization/function calling, context management, and reliable parsing in production environments.
β’ Go-to-market domain expertise: A solid understanding of the operations within Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Revenue Operations (deal cycles, renewals, pipelines, customer health, partner workflows, revenue reporting).
β’ Security-conscious architecture: Capability to design with RBAC, data isolation, and auditability in mind; familiarity with authentication patterns such as OAuth/JWT/SSO (experience with Okta is a bonus).
β’ Proficiency in Python (production-ready): Strong skills in Python with asynchronous programming patterns, logging/observability, error handling, and deployment considerations.
β’ Workflow automation and API integration: Experience in developing reliable integrations across external systems; familiarity with tools like Workato/Zapier is an advantage (we utilize Workato as our MCP integration layer).
β’ Data warehouse connectivity: Experience in building agents that can query Snowflake (or similar) and reliably reason over structured data.
β’ Requirements interpretation: You think in terms of systems and workflows, challenge vague requirements, and suggest more effective solutions grounded in production realities.
β’ Equal employment opportunities for all employees and applicants.
β’ Options for remote work.
