This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Provide general administrative support throughout the organization
• Organize calendars, schedule meetings, and manage appointments
• Create documents, reports, and business communications
• Keep filing systems and records well-organized
• Perform basic research and administrative tasks as necessary
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries
• Update CRM systems and operational databases
• Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding routine issues
• Assist with onboarding processes and account setup tasks
• Record, monitor, and track internal support requests
• Support user account and access management
• Ensure data accuracy across internal systems
• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative, operational, or comparable support role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Familiarity with CRM systems or similar platforms is a significant advantage
• Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and high-quality output
• Highly organized, dependable, and adept at managing time and responsibilities
• Confident in working independently, balancing multiple tasks, and meeting tight deadlines
• Tech-savvy and willing to learn new tools, platforms, or methodologies
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a collaborative mindset
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with excellent grammar and spelling.
• Must possess a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet, well-equipped home workspace
