• Assist customers in exploring vehicle choices, protection packages, and additional features while optimizing sales potential.

• Provide ongoing support to customers throughout their rental experience, ensuring exceptional service standards are upheld.

• Gather customer feedback and guarantee overall satisfaction.

• Manage vehicle readiness, oversee inventory control, coordinate with service partners, and prepare vehicles for rental or disposal.

• Ensure vehicles are clean and conduct regular checks for maintenance.

• Help with the driving and staging of vehicles to enhance fleet efficiency and presentation.

• Keep precise records of inventory, service updates, and customer interactions.

• Collaborate with various teams to facilitate daily operations and strategic planning.
