Operational Excellence Manager, CIP – Process Optimization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Identify and lead projects focused on process enhancements, and facilitate training/workshops to promote cultural transformation.

• Perform root cause analyses to identify metrics and resolve manufacturing, business, and assembly challenges.

• Execute comprehensive data gathering and analysis for effective process mapping.

• Design, implement, and oversee capital equipment related to process improvements.

• Propel value stream mapping initiatives to establish “As-Is Analysis” and guide the transition to Future State.

• Create and implement compliance assessments, program evaluations, and reviews to drive impactful results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

• A minimum of five years of relevant management experience.

• Outstanding communication abilities, both verbal and written.

• Training in Lean manufacturing principles and experience in Kaizen facilitation.

• Strong leadership skills with experience in a unionized setting.

• Capability to collaborate with and influence others in a dynamic work environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.

• Understanding of Warehouse Management System (WMS) functionality.
