Operational Excellence Manager – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Assess and improve AI-generated content related to operational excellence, business process enhancement, change management, and practical operations tasks.

• Analyze AI outputs for technical precision, feasibility, and adherence to real-world standards.

• Develop realistic operational scenarios drawing from your extensive professional background.

• Generate scenario variations from multiple viewpoints (e.g., operations consultant, client, team leader, process owner).

• Detect gaps, oversights, or flawed reasoning in AI-generated operational materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• A senior-level operations professional with considerable experience in the EU or UK.

• Proven track record in advising on, crafting, and implementing process improvement and operational excellence strategies.

• Proficient in assessing workflows, technical specifications, and compliance.

• Able to work autonomously and deliver structured, constructive feedback.

• Available for 8–20 hours weekly, with prompt response times.
