This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Validate end-to-end data pipelines from source systems to final dashboards.
• Provide L1/L2 support for Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environments.
• Monitor and maintain Citrix components including Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Citrix Gateway (NetScaler), and VDAs (Virtual Delivery Agents).
• Conduct basic troubleshooting for session, connectivity, and performance issues.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and alerts through ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
• Perform initial triage and escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams.
• Ensure compliance with SLA/OLA commitments.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders and users.
• Monitor system health utilizing tools like Citrix Director and SCOM/other monitoring tools.
• Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance.
• Assist in patching and upgrading Citrix components.
• Support user provisioning and resolve access issues.
• Troubleshoot login failures, profile issues, and application launch failures.
• Collaborate with Active Directory teams on authentication-related issues.
• Generate basic reports regarding incidents, uptime, and performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in Citrix/Windows support.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as SCOM, Nagios, etc.
• Certifications (preferred): Citrix Certified Associate (CCA), Microsoft certifications (Windows Server/Azure).
• Basic knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD), Citrix Gateway (NetScaler), Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Understanding of Remote Desktop Services (RDS) and Group Policy (GPO).
• Basic troubleshooting skills for user sessions, application delivery issues, and network connectivity.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of scripting and exposure to AI tools.
• Effective communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to work in a 24x7 support environment.
