This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the creation, execution, and management of compliance programs that align with client policies and internal standards.
• Convert client requirements into scalable operational procedures.
• Assist operational teams in meeting compliance objectives.
• Facilitate energy and sustainability initiatives through both field and desktop verifications.
• Ensure consistent execution by fostering communication, training, and effective change management.
• Act as a vital partner to operations, sustainability, and leadership teams by identifying risks, enhancing processes, and ensuring compliant service delivery across the portfolio.
• Analyze client policies and develop standardized procedures, playbooks, and controls to maintain operational compliance across various sites.
• Serve as a primary resource for operational teams, offering guidance, training, and support to ensure that policies are comprehended, adopted, and uniformly enforced.
• Lead and manage compliance-related change initiatives, including revisions to policies, processes, and tools, ensuring clear communication and acceptance among stakeholders.
• Supervise compliance reporting and tracking, encompassing audits, findings, action plans, and resolutions to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Evaluate data and trends to pinpoint systemic issues and opportunities for process enhancement and risk reduction.
• Support and improve compliance frameworks, which include audits, KPI tracking, documentation, and governance routines.
• Create and maintain compliance documentation, training resources, and communication strategies to promote consistent execution across the account.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in facility management, energy and sustainability, compliance, operations, or related fields.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
• Comprehensive understanding of compliance programs, energy initiatives, policy interpretation, sustainability efforts, and operational procedures.
• Experience in developing and implementing standard operating procedures, program creation, and governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of facility operations, engineering systems, and maintenance practices.
• Experience in supporting audits, risk identification, and remediation efforts.
• Ability to distill complex requirements into clear, actionable guidance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across various levels.
• Experience in change management, training, and program implementation.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive ongoing improvement.
