This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.
• Conduct calls with clients in Germany and Spain.
• Communicate information clearly, courteously, and professionally.
• Build trust and deliver a positive experience in every interaction.
• Document interactions and follow up as necessary.
• Represent the company in a professional manner.
• Fluency in German and Spanish (mandatory) or Portuguese and German (mandatory).
• Experience in customer service or phone contact.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• An empathetic, organized, and customer-oriented profile.
• 100% remote work.
• 2 hours per day (Monday to Friday).
• Contract with weekly renewal.
