This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Manage and optimize Opera Cloud for daily operational use
• Drive digitalization initiatives of the customer journey by identifying improvement opportunities and coordinating their implementation
• Gather, analyze, and document business functional requirements
• Translate operational needs into clear and actionable functional documentation
• Collaborate with operational teams to evolve and enhance the Digital Check-in / Check-out service
• Strong operational experience and analytical capability
• Knowledge and prior experience working with Opera Cloud
• Experience in digitalization initiatives of the customer journey or similar processes
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements
• Skill in transforming business needs into comprehensible and action-oriented functional documentation
• Operational vision and the ability to understand hotel or customer service processes
