Onsite Implementation Specialist – NexCloud, Nextech Select

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Facilitate client training sessions in preparation for Go-Live events, adhering to Nextech’s standard implementation methodology.

• Conduct practice assessments and workflow evaluations based on industry best practices.

• Educate both clinical and non-clinical personnel on the effective use of software applications.

• Provide training for staff in both individual and group formats, utilizing various teaching methods to enhance effectiveness.

• Perform administrative duties to keep customers, Project Managers, and Department Managers informed about implementation progress.

• Investigate and address client issues throughout the implementation and go-live phases.

• Recognize opportunities for workflow enhancement and optimization following go-live.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation that meets client requirements.

• Maintain effective communication with clients and team members to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

• Travel 75%+ of the time, including long-distance or air travel as necessary.

• Willingness to travel 75%+ of the time, including long-distance or air travel.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience within the Healthcare IT sector, particularly in software implementation.

• Ability to build strong relationships and positively influence behavior.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

• Demonstrated capability to creatively solve problems.

• Familiarity with or relevant experience in NexCloud or Nextech Select.
