Online Tutor – Independent Contractor

• Provide dependable weekly availability to enable families to establish a consistent routine with you.

• Create engaging individual or group experiences that showcase your teaching strengths and passions.

• Tailor instruction, celebrate student achievements, and maintain transparent communication with families.

• Investigate optional learning opportunities to enhance your online teaching skills and expand your tutoring business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in helping children progress in one or more subjects (e.g., phonics, number sense, conversational Spanish, introductory coding, scientific inquiry).

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with both children and their families.

• Professional online setup: computer equipped with a camera and microphone, stable internet connection, and a quiet, well-lit workspace.

• Readiness to undergo a background check (mandatory for activation). A teaching certification is advantageous but not required.
